First I want to say, I'm so sorry about your miscarrage. It's so heartbreaking to go through the loss. I wish I could answer your question but I honestly don't know. I'd suggest you contact a mid-wife or a doctor. Here in the U.S. we go to the hospital and have a D&C. I had a miscarrage 27 years ago and had a D&C. It's important to get your insides cleaned before ever thinking about getting pregnant again.
