How to Remove Distilled Vinegar Ring on my Countertop

by tina

I clean with vinegar often and accidently left the bottle of distilled vinegar on my counter top. It left a ring and i am wondering if you have any ideas how to remove the ring?

Removing Vinegar Ring
by: Grandma

Hi Tina,

Wow, that's a real problem, mostly because the distilled vinegar is so high in acid. I'm sure you realize that and that's why it's such a great cleaner.

If I was you I'd try mixing cream of tarter with hydrogen peroxide to make a paste, then spread the past over the stain and scrub with a brush, let the past there until it dries and take a soft rag and wipe and rinse it off. I hope it works, if I can think of anything else I'll get back to you.

Good luck!
