Cough & Home Remedy

Grandma,
I cant sleep at night my chest hurts I feel really bad cant stop coughing and my nose wont stop running so its hard to keep up with blowing it since my nose hurts now please help me we move in 2 weeks and I cant kick this

Hi Cassie,

It sounds to me like you need Grandma's old fashioned hot toddy. Just go to the button on the left that reads "Hot Toddy Recipe". This will help you bring up the phelm and get that much needed rest.

For you runny nose I'd suggest you use some salt water drops in each nostril. Just mix a pinch of sea salt with a few ounces of warm water and put a few drops in each nostril. Then blow your nose. Put some petroleum jelly on your nose or olive oil to heal the soreness.
