I have read that aloe vera gel is very safe to use. There are many benefits in aloe,it cures many illnesses. For instance,dry itchy scalp,to constipation and skin problems.. You can buy it in stores or do it yourself in removing the gel. Check health web sites for more information.

You are absolutely right Karen, Aloe is amazing. I know of people living in the western part of the US that are lucky to have Aloe growing wild in their back yards. They go out everyday and just break off a leaf and open to find this wonderful gel to just rub all over. And of course they have beautiful skin. There are so many great home remedies for external and internal uses of Aloe.
