1.I have witnessed too many friends entering hospital for hip replacement. Whenever I have hip problems Iimmediately head for the citrus soda bottle,take it for two days,and it is gone.
2.Whenever I have gum infection or loose teeth I run for 1000 mg of slow release vitamin C. It never fails. These days I take a pill each day.
3.Advice. Live as close to nature as you can. Stop eating and drinking foods that are made in a factory, withall the chemical additives this includes wheat products, read how bread is made it has 10 different chemicals in it,and
its effect is cumulative.
4.To all those prospective retirees DONT! Get yourself a new interest,or go progressively downhill.
