Worried Mom

My baby is one and a half year old today. This morning he had noodles for breakfast but after some time vomited. We took him to doctor and medicines were given but his intake of food is nil and is becoming very week, he looks very dull and also has watery loose motion without any mucous what to do pls suggest some home remedy.
