White Vinegar and Water for Household Cleaner

by Tami
(Mead, CO)

1 part White Vinegar and 3 parts water makes a great household cleaner.

My mom taught me to use vinegar and water and old newspapers to clean windows and mirrors for a no strike clean, since then I use vinegar to cut grease on kitchen counters and the stove, wow, it's great.

White Distilled Vinegar Cleaner
by: Grandma

Hello Tami,

Thank you so much for your tips on cleaning with white distilled vinegar. I couldn't agree with you more. Forget all those expensive cleaning products that do nothing more than add chemicals and vapors to your home. The high acid content in white distilled vinegar makes it an excellent cleaner for so many cleaning projects around our homes. Especially places like the bathroom, it makes a great non-toxic toilet cleaner too.
