Vinegar Remedies
by: Grandma

Hello Susie,

I'm so glad you found my website and finding it helpful. I don't know if you found the page I wrote about diabetes but you might find it interesting. I'm sure you know a lot from just dealing with it on a daily basis. If you want to read what I wrote just go to the button on the left "Herbal Remedeis" and scroll until you find "Diabetes and Natural Remedies".

I'm really not sure what to tell you about using vinegar as a daily tonic. Because of it being fermented. Vinegar is mainly acid but I think it might have some sugar content because of the fermentation. This is something I think would be best to talk to your doctor about.

I do know that drinking black tea has been known to help with reducing sugar levels. But again, when you're dealing with diabetes it's always best to run everything past your doctor before starting anything new.
