VERY DRY SCALP SHAMPOO REMEDY

WHEN WASHING HAIR WITH OLIVE OIL DO I USE 100% OR SOMETHING ELSE. ALSO DO I WET MY HAIR AND APPLY THE OLIVE OIL OR JUST APPLY THE OIL RIGHT ON MY HAIR AND SCALP DRY? THANKS.

I should have mentioned..if you are going to try the Apple Cider Rinse make sure you mix 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar with 1/2 cup of warm water.

You'll need to apply the Extra Virgin Oil Oil to your scalp while dry. Just massage the oil into your scalp, it helps if you make it warm first, then wrap a towel around your head for about 1/2 hour. Some people like to do this overnight. Shampoo your hair after and make sure your shampoo is all natural, without detergent or chemicals.

You might also want to try using Apple Cider Vinegar rinse after you shampoo. This also helps with a dry, itchy scalp.
