Thyme Question

by Renee'
(Tennessee)

Is ground thyme and finely chopped thyme equivalent? I can buy thyme at my local supermarket and need to know how and what kind to buy for your home remedy with the honey. My email address is mawmaw247@hotmail.com

Thyme and Honey Recipe
by: Grandma

Hello Renee',

Fresh herbs are always the best in any recipe. Most super markets are selling packaged fresh herbs year round now. Just buy fresh Thyme and chop it as fine as you can.
