Tape worm

by Helen Benne
(Springer, NM United States)

I was just curious how long does it take for a tapeworm to pass when you're sitting in milk?

Also do you know if Yucca shampoo is better for your hair than all the chemical stuff they sell in the stores? Please let me know.

Passing a Tape Worm & Shampoo
by: Grandma

Hello Helen,

It's hard to set a timer as far as passing a tape worm. So much depends on how long the tape worm has been living there, the size and exactly what kind of parasite you're dealing with. I really wouldn't soak for more than 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Sometime you may have to do this a couple of times to draw the head out. Patience and keeping yourself calm is the real key. Many people panic once they feel the tape worm expelling from the rectum. When you tighten the rectum the parasite will withdraw back into its safe little cave.

As far as shampoo, yes, the Yucca Shampoo would be much more healthier for your hair. As you know, any shampoo you buy over the counter is nothing more than detergent with lots of chemicals, dyes and perfume. Health food stores sell natural shampoo with essence of oils for the various scents.

Thanks for visiting and trusting in Grandma's Wisdom Helen,

Grandma
