Herbal Teas for Menopuase
by: Grandma

Hello Denny,

I'm sorry it too awhile to get back to you, I was trying to locate a recipe for Black Coash Tea but couldn't find one. I do know it's sold in health food stores in capsule form.

I do know that dandelion tea and sage tea is also very good for menopause and relieving night sweats. If you like recipes for those teas you can find them, along with the medicinal uses, on my website, just click on the button on the left that says, "Medicinal Teas" and go to the links that say Tandelion Tea and Sage Tea.

PS You could also try Kombucha Tea, but finding the culture is tricky.
