Warm Sea Salt Remedy

Hi,

I'd suggest you try mixing about 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt with 1/2 cup of warm water and stir until dissolved, put a couple of drops into each nostril a couple of times a day, make sure you blow your nose after each application.
