Red Eared Dog

by Lisa
(Indiana)

Our dog seems to be plagued with an inhaled grass allergy in the spring and early summer. This causes her ears to be red and itchy. We diluted an apple cider/water (1 TBS vinegar to 3-4 TBS water) and sprayed it in her ears. It seemed to cut down on her itching and the country vet told us we did the best thing for her!

Itchy Ears and Apple Cider Vinegar
by: Grandma

Hi Lisa,

I loved your tip for our pets with allergies and ear itch. We're always so happy to get a natural alternative for our pets. I've never tried using apple cider vinegar in my pets ears. I have a cat that has sensitive ears. As soon as I start seeing her hanging her head to one side I get the olive oil and put a couple drops in her ears. I'm going to have to try your tip.

Thanks so much for sharing with us,

Grandma
