There is another form of paresthesia called asmr, autonomous sensory meridian response. http://www.asmrstudio.com The only difference is that the tingling is highly pleasurable.

Hello,

To be honest I've never heard of Paresthesia, but I have heard of the symptoms you described. Have you ever thought of visiting a Chiropractor? I worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for almost 18 years and we have seen many patients come in with the symptoms you are having and the Dr. diagnosed them as having pinced nerves in their neck. Within a few weeks of regular adjustment they were feeling much better.
