Home Remedy for Loose Bowl Movements
by: Grandma

Hi Maria,

I'd suggest you try eating brown rice through the day. Add a serving with your meals and even eat a bowl as a snack.

Coconut is also good for your condition. Coconut macaroons are excellent. If you can't find them in your grocery store just buy some shredded coconut and add it to your favorite cookie recipe. You can add coconut to just about any snack. The main thing is to eat the coconut this should tighten up your bowl movements, without worrying about breastfeeding.

Normal Bowl Movement
by: Grandma

Hello Pryanka,

I wouldn't worry about your son's bowl movements in fact I'd say he's a very healhty litte boy. 3 bowl movements a day is very normal for a child that age.

I'm sorry I couldn't repond to your question sooner I've been recovering from knee surgery.
