I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you, I've been recovering from knee surgery. You probably have already had your camping trip by now but if you go again I'd suggest you try using Listerine. Listerine has natural herbs in it that mosquitoes just hate. Just buy a spray bottle at the dollar store and fill it with the original Listerine. Spray it on everything, picnic table, sleeping bags, clothes and even your skin and hair. You'll be surprised at how fast it will chase the mosquitoes away.
