Lots of Fluids
by: Grandma

Hello Amit,

It sounds like your son caught a touch of a flu bug. Make sure you give him lots of fluids right now. If you can get something like 7 Up in your country, give him that, just make sure you let it go flat, let the lid ajar for awhile and give it to him at room temperature. Or try giving him some water with a pinch of salt and a bit of sugar in it. This will help keep him from dehydrating. When he feels like eating again, start him off with some smashed bananas. These are really good for him right now.

Don't worry too much about the fever, it's his little body's natural immune system trying to burn off the flu bug. Keep an eye on him and watch the fever don't get too high, if so, take him to the Dr. right away.
