Once the liver flush is complete you can eat the same day, but it's important to take it slow. Try not to eat meat, dairy or caffeine the first day. Maybe some herbal tea and toast to get you started, then some brown rice or banana. If you feel fine, then try some protein like a soft boiled egg with toast. By the second day you should feel fine to eat what you want, but stay away from fried foods.
