I realize Lipoma can be a very painful disorder. Grandpa has one of those fatty tumors on his elbow and was in severe pain with it. We tried different home remedies and we are really not sure what relieved it and it finally went away because he was going to physical therapy for his shoulder injury and they used ultra sound on it, so if the home remedies don't seem to help I'd suggest you try getting ultra sound.
The first thing I think you should try is the Vinegar and Honey Tonic. You can find the recipe for it if you look on the left column and find "Vinegar Tonic".
Turmeric is also known to relieve Lipoma. You can sprinkle it on different foods and even in coffee or tea. You can also mix it with warm olive oil and massage it into the fatty cyst area.
Herbal chickweed tincture has also been reported to relieve the pain of cysts and actually shrink them.
