Keep Apples from Browning Tip

After you cut apple they will eventually start to brown. Fill a bowl with water and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt. soak apples in the water. This prevents any browning.

Hi Kristie,

Now that's a handy tip. Apples do have a way of browning while slicing to make an apple pie or apple dumplings. I will try your tip the next time I get a load of apples.
