by Colleen Spivey
(Charlotte, NC, USA)

I saw that you say to use homemade soap to relieve restless legs. How do you make homemade soap that would work for this?

Mild Soap for Restless Leg Syndrome
by: Grandma

Hi Colleen,

I'm sorry you misunderstood what I was saying about soap and restless leg syndrome. What you need is a mild soap, never use a deodorant soap or an anti-bacterial soap. Ivory or Dove soap would be just fine. In fact, I have a bar of Ivory soap tucked between my sheets to relieve Grandpa's leg cramps and it's working like a charm.
