Hot Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

I live in cold weather country so I like to drink hot beverages to stay warm. I wanted to make about 32 ounces of undistilled vinegar and 1-2 T honey and drink it throughout the day. How hot can I make the water without losing valuable nutrients from the vinegar and honey.
Thanks, Hazy

Vinegar & Honey Tea
by: Grandma

Hello Hazy,

I would make a batch of the apple cider vinegar and honey without the water, then just make a cup of hot water at a time, like you would do if you were making a cup of tea and just add as much of the tonic as you like. The hot water won't make it lose it's potency as long as you don't boil the tonic and try to heat it up over and over through the day. A lot of people make the tonic hot and take it to work with them in a thermos bottle.

Merry Christmas to you Hazy,
Grandma
