Herbal Teas for Water Retention
by: Grandma

Hello Zoren,

There are several herbal teas that relieve water retention, rose hip tea and Kombucha. You can find the recipes for these teas on my website if you go to the button on the left "Medicinal Teas" then find the links on the page. The Kombucha tea culture is hard to find but once you get one you will always have plenty of Kombucha tea and it's a great tea for so many health issues.

Something else that great for water retention is celery seed. Just sprinkle it on anything you can think of, like salads, soups even sandwiches.
