Allergy Symptoms
by: Grandma

Hello Dilip,

It sounds to me like you are dealing with allergies. Symptoms from allergies can resemble a bad cold and cough. If dust or cold seems to kick these symptoms off I'd suspect you have an allergy to the dust and/or air pollution your exposed to. We live in a toxic world and it's important that we build our immune system to naturally fight these toxins we're exposed to.

The first thing I'd recommend is to garlge with warm sea salt water the minute your throat starts to feel bad. I'd also recommend that you start using a neti-pot. You can find how to use a neti-pot under the button that reads "Home Remedies" then go to the link that says "Home Remedy for Sinus Infection".

When your chest starts to feel heavy I'd recommend you start taking hot toddy. You can find the recipe for a hot toddy under "Home Remedies" then go to the link that says "Home Remedy for Cough" I'd also recommend you start taking vitamin D3 and Vitamin C to boost your immune system. I'd also recommend you start taking herbs like hulls and licorice root. These will strengthen your upper respritory track and pull up any phelm you have causing your to cough.

Even though an allergy can cause these symptoms to appear you need to take care of the symptoms before it turns into an infection.
