i have tried all the products on the market for my dandruff promblem it dont work i have tried baking powder and vinegar it dont work and also i have tried olive oil it dont work either i have suffered with this for 15 years what else can i do

Hello Trudy,

It sound to me like you've tried a lot of home remedies for dandruff. Since it's been a chronic condition for so many years I'd guess you're suffering from a yeast infection on your scalp.

The best home remedy I've found for this condition is Listerine. Make sure you get the original Listerine, then rinse your hair with it after shampooing, you can mix it 50/50 with water. You can also blend it with baby oil 50/50 and massage into you scalp, let it on for at least 10 minutes before shampooing.

Listerine has a mixture of herbs and alcohol. This is what fights the yeast. Back in the early 1900s, when Listerine was first introduced to the public it was advertised as a dandruff remedy.
