by sandra

I was told apple cider vinegar with the mother and honey will help relieve high blood pressure. Is this right? If not, what will?

Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic & High Blood Pressure
by: Grandma

Hi Sandra,

I've been told that the Apple Cider & Honey Tonic helps get blood pressure under control. It's worth a try, it certainly can't hurt you since it is healthy for so many ailments.

Garlic is another old remedy to relieve high blood pressure. But you're supposed to eat at least one clove every morning, sometimes that don't work out for people that have to be in contact with other people so you can always use the garlic extract tablets.

There are also several herbal teas that seem to help with high blood pressure. You could try some lemon balm tea and sage tea, Kombucha tea is also very beneficial but you need to find a culture to get started.

You can find the recipes for the herbal teas and the Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Tonic on my website. Just look at the left column.
