Respiratory Problems & Remedies
by: Grandma

Hello Tracey,

It's always so nice to meet someone from other countries...it never ceases to amaze me how the internet has made our world so much smaller.

Everything you mentioned is great to build the immune system but respiratory problems need special attention. For instance, you may be suffering from an allergic reaction when you start having these problems, it could be coming from food allergies, chemical allergies or something in your environment, like grass or mold allergies. I'd suggest you try keeping a journal and start paying attention to what you've been exposed to when you have a respiratory attack.

I'd also suggest you try keeping a humidifier in your home, especially in the winter months. Dry heat can really cause a lot of problems in your respiratory tract. If you don't have one even putting a pot of salt water on your stove can help more than you can imagine.

My oldest son was having severe respiratory problems and I bought him a humidifier for Christmas and it's helped so much. I also put him on an herbal supplement called "ALJ". This helps expel the phlegm that is clogging the airways. I always keep this herbal mix on hand for everybody in the family anytime someone comes down with a cough or cold. We've been using it for years and it's an excellent respiratory alternative.

If you'd like to try it you can order it at:
