Menopause & Complaints
by: Grandma

Hello Mama Seata,

I can tell from your writing you are a real character. I had to chuckle at your discription of the menopause complaints. Oh yes, I can remember them well.

I did write a page about menopause and home remedies, you can find it if you go to the button on the left marked "Home Remedies" and look for "Natural Home Remedies for Menopause".

There are also many herbal remedies on the market today, like Black Cohosh, it's a natural replacement for hormonal replacement. Flaxseed is also a good alternative. For fatigue you might want to try Ginsing. Motherwort and sage can relieve hot flashes. For insomnia there is nothing like chamomile. If you're not an herbal tea drinker you can buy chamomile in capsule form.

I recently started going through insomnia and Grandpa was complaining about it too. I bought some "Melatonin Extra" capsules and "Chamomile" capsules, I also bought an herbal formula called, "Stress-J" to naturally relieve the stress of the day. We take one Melatonin, two Chamomile, and one Stress-J, each night about an hour before going to bed and we are both sleeping like a baby, and wake up each morning feeling refreashed and ready to take on our day.

I'm a true believer in herbal care and wouldn't in a million years go to the Dr. to be put on meds for menopause. You do know their meds are made from the urine of pregnant horses? Now who in their right mind want to ingest something like that into their bodies every day?

If you are interrested in taking any of the herbs I've suggested you can go to my other website to purchase them. It's the only place I trust enough to buy my herbs, I know they are clean and I can call them at any time with questions. Here is the website:

Just copy and past the address above into your browser and you'll be taken to my herbal website. Then just type in the product you're looking for into the search box and you'll see what I'm talking about. Membership is free with your first $40 order and believe me, you will save a lot of money by becoming a member. Oh, and by the way, they also have a paste made from yams that you can put a small dab on your skin to relieve menopause systems. Just type in: Pro-G Yam Cream in the search box.
