Heartburn

I used to eat Tums like candy. My father-in-law turned me on to ACV. I used 1/2 ounce of ACV and 1/2 ounce of bottled water to make a shot. Took it right before bed (when my heartburn was at its worst) and slept very well! I've heard reflux occurs not because you have too much acid but often because you have too little. For what it's worth - it worked for me! Still does!!
