Your Headaches and Dry Skin Problems
by: Grandma

Hello Mohammad,

My first thought, as far as your headaches, is what are you eating or drinking before bed when the headaches come on? It sounds like you might be dealing with a food allergy. 20 years is a long time to be dealing with these kind of symptoms. For instance, if the cold drink or the snack you are having before going to bed is ice cream or a glass of milk you may have a dairy allergy. The teas seem to agree with you so that is your first clue. There are all kinds of food allergies, go to the button on the left that says, "Allergy Wisdom" and read the different pages I have written. You might want to try the food elimination diet to see if you are dealing with a food allergy.

As far as your dry skin, I'd suggest you add more olive oil to your diet. You can also massage any dry spots or areas with olive oil. I'd also suggest you try taking Omega 3 tablets several times a day. This will help heal your skin from the inside out.

Thank you for trusting in Grandma's Wisdom,

Grandma
