I have never heard of lemon causing hair to gray. There are many causes of hair turning gray, even at a very early age but I can't imagine the juice of a lemon causing it.
I have heard that using lemon juice on your skin can help lighten dark spots or darkness under the eyes. Using lemon juice on your hair does bring out a lot of shine and highlights and maybe if someone has already started to sprout some gray hairs the lemon juice just might make it more noticeable.
