Hair Loss & Dandruff
by: Grandma

Hello Kalyan,

When you are going through a period of hair loss you have to become your own detective. There is always a reason. It could be your diet, lack of vitamins, chemicals your exposed to, or chemicals you're putting on your hair. Have you been going through an extremely stressful period in your life? The first thing I'd look at is if you're using hair dye or any kind of chemical on your hair. Next, you might be suffering from a vitamin defeciency, especially B-vitamins and amino acid. What kind of shampoo are you using? You really need to be using a mild shampoo right now. Nothing with detergent in it.

As far as your dandruff, try rinsing your hair after you shampoo with a mix of half cup of warm water and half cup of apple cider vinegar (don't worry about the smell, it will evaporate). Once a week try massaging your scalp with pure virgin olive oil. Just a small amount to massage in and let sit for at least 30 minutes before shampooing.
