Genital Warts or Herpes
by: Grandma

I'm sure you realize you are dealing with a virus. This virus is in the same family as shingles. It's also extremely contagious. This virus can lay dormant for many years and out of nowhere you can suddenly have an outbreak. There is no cure for this virus. Taking antibiotics can actually make this virus worse, simply because antibiotics are to treat bacterial infections.

If one of my children or grandchildren would come to me with this problem the first thing I would do it put them on herbal combinations to help boost their immune system to help their body fight this virus. In fact, I had an outbreak of shingles a little over a year ago and I put myself on herbs, like; Immune Stimulator and I-Lysine. You can find these herbal mixtures at:

I've also read that lemon balm tea is really good for herpes. Here is a recipe I found in "The Green Pharmacy" book.

Fill a saucepan half-full of water and bring to a boil. Add fresh lemon balm leaves until the pan is 3/4 full, you can also use about a quarter cup of dried lemon balm. Add two parts each of dried oregano and self-heal (that is an herb). Than add some licorce root to sweeten it. Drink this mixture a couple of times a day. You can also dab some lemon balm tea on the sores.

If you want to try something easier to relieve the pain and help heal the open sores you can also dab some apple cider vinegar on, I'd mix it with warm water the first time you try it.
