Hello Manisha,

Your daughters are awfully young to be worrying about bigger and fuller breasts. They still have a lot of growing to do and they shouldn't be worried about comparing their bodies with the teenagers they see in magazines and movies. We all have inner beauty and something special that stands out from others. It could be your daughters eyes or smile that others see that makes her beautiful. I'm sure you see it when you look at them, you just need to remind them. Large breasts are not as important as young girls think. They can cause back ache and sag as they age. There is no need to worry about alterations, just be happy with what nature has provided.

As far as the hair problem, it could be heredity or it could be your daughter is defecient in some vitamins or minerals. For instance, a defeciency in zinc could cause hair to be thin. I'd have her tested to see if it could be something in her diet that is lacking in some vitamins or minerals. Also it's important to use a good shampoo. Don't use all that stuff that is advertised for teenage hair, just use something that will naturally clean her hair without putting chemicals and dyes in.
