My name is Lisa Miller and I am the event coordinator for the Renegade Health Show (www.renegadehealth.com).

Health author and host Kevin Gianni is creating a Fermented Foods "cook"book/guide and he asked me to contact you because he feels you would be a great contributor to the book. We recently came across your website and would love to include your recipe(s) for Kombucha. :-)

This will be a 100+ page compilation e-book of incredible fermented food recipes from many top health and wellness experts.

This book will include recipes from many high-profile health and nutrition experts so the exposure you will get is extensive and all in the target market of health and wellness. The exposure will be at the initial launch as well as ongoing sales and distribution of the product.

Fermented Book & Kombucha Tea

Hello Lisa

I'm awfully flattered that you thought of including me and my website in Kevin's new book about incredable fermented food. But I have to be honest with you Lisa, I really can't take the credit for the recipe I have listed on my website for Kombucha Tea. That's a recipe that's been passed down through generations, just as the culture is passed down. From what I understand, as far as the history of the recipe, it was a mistake that turned out to have incredible health benefits.

I have to admit, I do enjoy drinking Kombucha Tea and I do believe in many of the health benefits, and no doubt, it does give anyone drinking it a great feeling of well-being. I also enjoy eating other fermented foods like saurkraut. So I would be interrested in buying the book once it's published.

I did take the time today to visit your website after reading your submission and I'm so impressed with it. I really enjoyed reading the article on Giant Hogweed. There was a warning on our local news a few weeks ago to lookout for this plant but they didn't explain much. I've seen plenty of it in the woods here in PA and even in the cities. It's a really good article and I appreciate you warning us about Giant Hogweed.
