Don't Eat Distilled Vinegar!
by: Grandma

Hi Diane,

Any distilled vinegar I've seen is white vinegar. That is the cheapest form of vinegar and is extremely high acid. It makes an excellent cleaner but you shouldn't eat it.

I'm not sure what you are asking about, is it to use in the Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic? You should be using an Apple Cider Vinegar that has the mother. You can find this kind at your grocery store or in your local health food store.
