Diabetes

Hi Patty,

I am an insulin dependant diabetic and am looking for receipes for herbal teas to help control my sugar levels. As I live in South Africa and it is comming to our Highveld winter, I am prone to flu and bronciates.

Any suggestion would be helpful.

Hello Kurt,

It's tough dealing with diabetes. I did write a full page about diabetes treatments and tips, it includes a good herbal tea recipe. Just go to the button on the left that reads "Herbal Remedies" then scroll until you find the link that reads "Diabetes Treatments".
