Hello Roger, How awful to deal with something like a ringing in your ears for over 5 years. It must be maddening at times. I'm sure you've had all the necessary tests as far as the medical profession goes. I'm wondering if you've ever tried seeing a Chiropractor. I worked as a Chiropractic assistant for almost 20 years and it's amazing what a pinch nerve in your neck can do to your body. I would also think about giving acupuncture a try. Maybe some visitors to Grandma's Wisdom will have some experience with these symptoms and can also offer you some advice. Hang in the Roger, and Happy New Year! Grandma
