I came across a 'help' for drying-up pimples faster for me and my 7 children. We found that rubbing a wet cottonball on a clean bar of Ivory soap until well-covered in soap film and applying it directly to the already-formed pimple helps to shorten the duration time. Do not wash it off. Leave it on and let it work.
