CHEST CONGESTION

40 + YEARS AGO, my mother in law made a flannel cloth folded small enough to fit on the person's chest and soaked it with a remedy using menthalatum, peppermint oil and camphor. Do you know how to mix this remedy?

Hello Lucille,

I'm sorry, I really don't know the recipe for this home remedy for chest congestion. I'm a true believer in having a hot toddy and a vaporizer filled with simple sea salt water.
