Cheap Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets

Instead of a capful of fabric softener in every load,
sprinkle a good amount on an old washcloth and use that as a 'fabric softener dryer sheet'. Repeat as needed--which will probably only be monthly. Also there is no buildup on your dryer screen using this method. One small bottle of fabric softener will last a year or two.
