I GAVE MY SOME CATNIP TEA WHEN HE WAS A BABY TO HELP HIM SLEEP HE IS OLDER AND HAS PROBLEMS SLEEPING CAN I GIVE IT TO HIM NOW AND HOW MUCH DO I USE TO MAKE IT.

Yes, you can give your son catnip tea. I have recipes for catnip tea amoung other teas you might be interested in that would help your son rest and relieve any anixiety he might be dealing with.
