Candida Yeast Infections and Immune System
by: Grandma

Hi Julie,

It's so important to get your immune system built up. Candida grow more rapidly when the body is suffering from an iron, magnesium, zinc or vitamin deficiency. You also need to pay attention to your diet and try to avoid any white foods, like sugar, white bread, white rice and refrain from any alcohol. Start eating lots of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Grapefruit-seed extract is a highly effective antibiotic and fungicide. It kills candida yeast without harming natural intestine flora.

You can also try Lapacho tea, for intestinal yeast. This tea also contains many minerals, like iron and potassium. Green mate' tea is also beneficial. Drink 2 - 3 cups daily.
