apple cider vinagrette

by Tracy
(West Palm Beach, Fl.)

Raw apple cider vinegar is awesome for boosting immunity it can be used in teas and tinctures and for all kinds of stuff. One great way to take it on regular basis is to make a vinagrette w/ it instead of anything store bought with a ton preservatives and MSG. It requires no refrigeration and can be added to an empty glass olive oil bottle and takes seconds to make.
1 part raw apple cider vinegar
2 parts extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs. squirt of raw honey (this is if you are filling about a 17oz. bottle)
Put the lid on, shake it up well, pour it on salad! Delicious and immune boosting!

Yummy Apple Cider Vinagrette
by: Grandma

Hi Tracy,

Thank you so much for sharing your Apple Cider Vinagrette Recipe with us. I just love getting recipes that are not only yummy but are really healthy. I've used the Apple Cider and Extra Virgin Olive Oil before on my salads but never thought of putting raw honey in it, I'm going to have it for dinner tonight, it sounds so yummy.

Thanks again,

Grandma
