Another Indigestion Cure

by Sally
(Searcy)

I mix the vinegar, about 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water, then add fresh lemon juice and honey to taste. It works amazingly well, and got off the meds the doctor put me on "for life". After a while you will no longer have to do this daily, only once in a while when symptoms return.

Indigestion and Vinegar
by: Grandma

Hi Sally,

I've heard of using apple cider vinegar and honey for indigestion but never tried it with lemon. That was a great tip. Thank you so much for telling us about your experience with this home remedy.
