Herbal Solutions for Allopicia Arietta
by: Grandma

Hello,

There are many herbal solutions for baldness. The only problem is, you have to test each for yourself and see what works and what don't.

One of the most popular herbal solution for baldness is taking saw palmetto. This was discovered when saw palmetto was recommended for men having problems with enlarged prostrate. They noticed that hair was actually growing back after accepting hair thinning. I would sugggest you find a natural herbalist in your area and talk to this person about saw palmetto and your sons condition.

Other herbal remedies recommend adding the herbal licorice to your shampoo. Or, mixing rosemary with olive oil and massaging the head each day. Or try rosemary with almond oil massage before going to bed.

One of the most promising herbal remedies I have found for your son's condition is a Aromatherapy recipe that studies have been done for Alopecia.

Mix: Essential oils of:

Thyme - 2 drops
Lavender - 3 drops
Rosemary - 3 drops
Cedarwood - 2 drops

Mix into a base of 3 ml jojoba oil and 20 ml of grapeseed oil. Massage into the head each night and wrap in a warm towl to help absorb the oils. This will take some patience on your sons part but the research was pretty amazing after a few months.

I would test this solution on a small patch on the head for a few nights, maybe behind the ear to make sure there is no side effects like a rash. Some people have an allergy to one of these oils.
